Robyn Minty is an experienced public health professional with more than forty years working in health, social service and education settings. With leadership roles in health and evaluation, she aims to lead, advance and grow systems change by providing expertise and practice guidance to policy and program development.
As an advocate for women’s rights both internationally and locally, her senior management and expert advisory roles have included state wide early childhood and adolescent nursing programs, women’s health services, national early childhood and youth program development and international Policy development. Robyn’s key work has extended from policy development incorporating gender sensitive approaches inclusive of a broad range of public health arenas to major advocacy work for health systems change through innovation and co-design.
Robyn has been at the forefront of policy making at the local level in senior and management roles since the early 1990’s, including policy and quality assurance; moving from the clinical and community sector, to large scale policy and program development.
With a passion for health equity, Robyn has led from the grass roots from the local level to high stakes international contexts, providing expertise in challenging political arenas, whilst continuing to keep focus on the real needs of people.
